##### Job Summary
Responsible creating and maintaining equipment records, functional location records, bill of material records and preventive maintenance within the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). The position will be responsible for developing work instruction procedures necessary to maintain accurate CMMS records.
##### Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Works in detail within the SAP Plant Maintenance System in regards to master data records.
Create and maintain equipment and preventive maintenance records.
Initiate change management for proper change control of preventive maintenance records.
Maintain and track preventive maintenance records to ensure regulatory compliance.
Develop work flow processes regarding preventive maintenance activities for equipment and fixtures to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
Establish measuring point requirements for equipment and fixtures to maintain data collection routes to ensure reliability of performance of the equipment and fixtures.
Develop standard work instructions procedures for master data elements to ensure data integrity of equipment and preventive maintenance records.
Conduct training activities on maintenance processes and computerized maintenance management system
##### Expected Areas of Competence
Knowledge and experience of preventive maintenance process.
Knowledge and experience of equipment records and importance of required fields.
Knowledge and experience of equipment reliability processes.
Ability to communicate with all levels of company hierarchy.
Strong organizational and record keeping skills.
Must have decision making abilities.
Must be willing to travel to all Warsaw facilities on regular basis.
Must follow quality regulation procedures in regards to maintenance processes.
Strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and Project.
Knowledge of various computer applications such as SAP or other CMMS
##### Education/Experience Requirements
High School diploma or GED.
Associate degree in an industrial technology field

Up to 5%
