##### Job Summary
Under general direction, develops processes for collecting, analyzing and aggregating master data. Provide input, define, and implement data strategy, policies, controls and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure and reliable. Ensures quality of data by providing tools for stakeholders to review and cleanse as needed. Conducts feasibility studies, create KPIs, prepares reports, records progress and provide solutions for data management problems/issues. Work with Data Governance team to define governance standards and audits to ensure data quality. . Applies the concepts of appropriate standard methodologies and best practices with little feedback and supervision. Applies principles, concepts and practices of the ZBS Competency Model at the analyst level. Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure ZBS information assets are protected.

Review data inputting and processes to ensure data quality, consistency and timeliness.
Provide analysis and integrated solutions to eliminate reoccurring data issues.
Perform day to day decisions for the overall landscape for master data objects and the application of business rules.
Coordinate master data requirements with other functional data owners
Strong analytical, organizational, critical thinking and win-win negotiation skills
Demonstrates excellent project management and work planning skills; must be able to multitask effectively

##### Education/Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (advanced degree preferred)
1-2 years of post-Bachelor's degree experience in master data management required
Experience with technologies (i.e., systems, applications, etc.) or methodologies (e.g., SDLC, PMLC) preferred

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
