We'd love to hear from you! Clean and maintain guest rooms within the allotted time by vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and/or mopping Secure guest room when finished Replace linens, towels and other guest supplies Perform Laundry duties as requested Perform Houseperson duties during short-staffed or peak periods Notify supervisors concerning the need for repairs in public areas or guest rooms Record or report lost and found items according to company policy Maintain and stock housekeeping cart daily Greet customers with a warm and friendly greeting and ensure overall guest satisfaction Always remember the 5/10/15 rule Follow written and verbal directions Ensures that staff members are following the WNW standards at all times.
Always wear appropriate uniform as prescribed by company policy and maintain personal cleanliness Maintain an active posture in total property operations and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks and must be able to lift 25 - 50 lbs.
Perform deep cleaning program responsibilities.
