Summary:
Provide YTF sales staff support through clerical functions such as new item and customer set up, order entry and invoicing.
Provide customer service support through various forms of communication, such as phone, email and social media.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills to quickly and efficiently reviewing sales data is required to be successful in this support role.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties:
Responsible for daily checks of e-commerce websites to ensure brand consistency.
Assist with new item setups for various customers.
Answer customer questions and connect them with the correct staff member.
Data entry for new sales orders, credit memos and invoices.
Sales support / data analyst for key accounts Other clerical responsibilities.
Key Competencies and Skills:
Capable of learning and retaining product, program and operational information that will be critical to customer service.
You will be trained by seasoned YTF team members and then be expected to quickly implement those teachings.
Enthusiastic and professional in all communications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Possess a team-first attitude and be willing to help in all areas of the business as required, even if those temporary efforts are not specific to your role.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Ability to perform general formulas, pivot table and V-lookups required.
Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
Attention to detail.
Works well independently.
Education and
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent 2 years of customer service experience preferred Customer Service/Sales Support/Data Analyst experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
Indoor heated/cooled office setting within a warehouse Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
