To support this journey, Zimmer Biomet is looking for a 'Downstream (Req to PO) Lead'.
This individual will play a key role in the overall transformation of the program and will collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to exceed expectations.
This position will be responsible for the US, Canada, and Latin America processes.

This position will report into the Global Sourcing System's manager.
This is a Fully Remote/Virtual Office opportunity Principal Duties and Responsibilities o Provide thought leadership on topics such as indirect procurement (Purchase Requisitions, Purchase orders, etc.
), invoicing, payments, supplier enablement, and catalog implementations o Develop catalog enablement strategy with category managers o Coordinate with supplier support resources to resolve catalog or other supplier issues oManage supplier training and onboarding, including the enrollment with the supplier network o Support the data cleansing, extraction, migration and validation of master data (i.
e.
, Suppliers, General Ledgers, User, etc.
) o Work with cross functional teams to align on testing strategy o Organizing testing structure and facilitation (e.
g.
, setting schedule) o Oversee testing execution and drive it to completion on time o Report testing status and defects to leadership o Support development of cutover strategy and planning activities o Provide additional intensive support after the go live of systems to minimize risk and avoid business interruptions o Oversee and manage the change management, communication, and training strategies and approaches This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

years consulting/and or industry experience -Experience with e-Sourcing/e-Procurement project management -Experience with e-Procurement technology packages such as Ariba Experience with Procurement process transformation:
including sourcing, project experience and/or implementing digital procurement technologies, process mapping, and business process review -Experience with two or more of the following:
