As the Community Relations Manager, you will be responsible for showing your community why Redbud Place is the place to be! You will build meaningful relationships and reinforce the Enlivant brand while overseeing the sales and marketing process.
You will excel in business development and occupancy management through partnering with community leadership to drive leads, tours, move-ins, referral partner development, and more.
What you'll do here:
Working directly with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, you'll evaluate, develop, and implement the community's sales plans Generate sales leads through offline referral partner outreach, marketing initiatives, and community events Conduct a comprehensive discovery process with prospective residents, their family members, and/or personal representatives Convert leads to tours to move-ins through complete lead management and discovery process Develop strategies and identify opportunities for increasing community revenue We'd love to talk if:
You have a minimum of two (2) years demonstrated outside sales experience You know your way around a computer and can utilize Microsoft Office You have exceptional problem-solving and time management skills You care about serving seniors You have strong relationship building skills You are driven and love friendly competition Bonus points if:

The Community Manager will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the community.
This person will be responsible for the following:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the community including leasing of units, maintenance, customer service, marketing, and other activities as needed.
Oversee and manage all maintenance activities including routine maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
Manage all activities related to the physical structure of the community including inspections and resident relations.
Oversee all marketing efforts including advertising, brochures, resident relations, and community events.
Oversee and manage all social media efforts including posting, content, and analytics.
Oversee all community events and promote the presence of the community.
Responsibilities Oversee and manage all activities related to the physical structure of the community including leasing units, maintaining grounds and exterior, performing routine maintenance repairs, etc.
Oversee and manage all social media efforts including posting, content, and analytics.
Coordinate with management on updates and changes to social media accounts.
Coordinate with management on updates and changes to website pages.
Manage inventory of supplies needed for operations such as cleaning supplies, resident services, etc.
Manage all social media ads in area software programs.
Qualifications 3
years' experience in a similar role (community manager or similar role).
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
A valid driver's license is required with this position as well as reliable transportation.
Experience in marketing or sales preferred but not required.
A degree in marketing or related field is preferred but not required.
A high level of attention to detail is required.
Must possess excellent customer service skills as well as strong organizational skills; must be able to work independently; must be able to work with minimal supervision; must be able to communicate effectively; must be able to work with a team in a fast-paced environment; must have a flexible schedule (some weekends may be required).
Must have reliable transportation.
