8AM-4PM Monday-Friday Up to $25/HR Responsibilities :
Administrative support functions including data entry, record keeping, invoicing, reports, etc.
Basic Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, and a computer.
Processing bills and payments Form submissions to customers and vendors Tracking and approval of company spending Knowledgeable in Excel and Microsoft Office Basic bookkeeping duties Skills:
Excellent customer service and communication skills Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused Able to manage multiple responsibilities Time Management Accounting Bookkeeping Basic office equipment skills
Qualifications:
1-3 years experience with Microsoft Office/Excel 1-3 years of AR/Ap experience High School Diploma/GED required Bachelors or Associates preferred Call to action:
