Communicates, resolve issues, analyzes data and develops relationships with clients to meet the business objectives of the Company.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Verbally interacts with Fortune 500 companies in a professional manner Develops strong, positive relationships with clients Resolves timely all client questions, concerns or problems Analyzes client data including consumer account information, reports and statements Develops and maintains proficiency in internal collection processes and software Effectively communicates and coordinates with internal departments Identifies negative trends in performance and recommends solution Obtains all client information needed by internal departments Completes data entry changes regarding client generated by sales or account managers WHAT ARE THE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS? One year of customer service experience or related customer service skill and/or training.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Customer Service Experience Computer literacy with the ability to learn & use multiple software applications Strong communication and negotiation skills The schedule is 8:
00 am-5:
00 pm Monday-Friday.
This position is located in our brick and mortar office.
