Sr. Manufacturing/Full Stack Developer

Opportunity Overview The purpose of the Sr. Manufacturing/Full Stack Developer role is to lead the design, development, testing, implementation and support of business software solutions for JM business operations. The developer will be responsible for overseeing overall code modification efforts and managing data systems which interface between plant control systems and system applications. Applicants can expect to make between $102,000 to $140,000 upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for a target incentive bonus under our variable incentive plan. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement in which, by way of example, an employee's work week may include both some days at the employee's assigned company work location and some workdays performed remotely from the employee's home. The schedule of remote work will be based on business and work needs as determined by management. Your Day-to-Day:
Manage or Lead business software development and enhancement for enabling improved business performance Direct internal and external resources in the development and support of software enhancements and modifications per established standards Gather and translate business requirements into applied solutions across multiple manufacturing platforms and technologies Work with process teams to implement integrated business solutions on multi platforms across JM. Develop and Design custom applications and technical application solutions Travel to all JM locations when on site application support is needed Gather requirements, write functional specifications, provide business justifications and execute testing in relation to developing new custom applications. Write technical specification and guidelines for the development group. Assist in implementing custom applications for specific business requirements that are can be integrated into the SAP Landscape. Assist in planning and developing new application functionality with current application platform. May be required to perform other related duties as assigned What You Bring to the Team:
Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 6 years of application deployment experience, 3 years of applied experience with .NET Application and or equal experience in SAP Mii application and 3 years of technical leadership experience In depth experience with full lifecycle deployment on at least 2 or 3 large scale application implementation. Expert Expert project management and customer service skills Required Demonstrated incident tracking software and or process experience Solid Expert Strong troubleshooting skills for program issues within application platforms Solid Expert Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Expert Excellent planning, organizing and decision making skills Expert Demonstrated leadership skills in application support and internal external resource supervision Solid Proven ability to design application modifications in the form of functional and technical specifications Solid Basic functional management skills Solid technical documentation and application training skills Solid Ability to interface at all levels of the organization, both internally and externally Solid Strong knowledge of manufacturing application environment Solid Solid experience in Net ASP.NET, VB.NET, ASP, SQL, Microsoft AD security administration and or in SAP Mii HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, XSLT Fundamental skills within all or a series of skills listed, C++, C#, Java, HTML5, JavaScript ,JQuery, CSS3, SAP UX UI, SAPUI5, MongoDB, SAP PCo Added Preferred skills would be with Microsoft Share point, Power apps, Power bi, Power automate. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
