Review and preparation of weekly payroll including attendance tracking and all UKG updates.
All duties associated with accounts payable, and receivable include but are not limited to processing check runs, invoicing shipments, summaries needed for month end closing and account reconciliation activities.
Process all vendor check runs and daily customer cash application.
Handle and resolve vendor calls on invoicing and payment issues.
Pursue customer collection and issue resolution.
Enter the credit card statements and charges monthly.
Send month-end reports.
Experience with ERP systems.
Maintain the UKG database and train managers on utilization of the software.
Recruit, interview, and assist in the selection of employees to fill vacant positions.
Plans and conducts new employee orientation, benefits enrollment, and all onboarding activities.
Plan and conduct employee training and responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs such as insurance coverages, 401K, FSA, PTO, LOA, and employee assistance programs.
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
Maintains integrity and confidentiality of all HR documents, records, and files.
Coordinates management training in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Coaches Managers and Supervisors in proper employee relations resolutions, including documented coaching and disciplinary action.
Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, advise management in appropriate resolutions, and other employee concerns.
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation.
Investigates accidents and prepares reports for outside entities as required.
Plans and conducts special events such as annual benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, retirement celebrations, etc.
Provide front office support and other duties as assigned.
Prepares, issues, and sends out receipts, bills, policies, invoices, statements, and checks.
Operates computer terminal to input and retrieve data.
Opens and routes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.

Education and/or
Experience:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ERP Experience is required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
